    Can I place an order without registering on the website?

    Orders can be placed by selecting the "Order without registration" option in the basket, then there is no need to create a store account. After placing an order, an account is created automatically for order processing purposes.



    How can I check if a given product is available?

    Each product on our website has information about its availability status and approximate order processing time. Detailed information is available on the selected product card.



    Can I obtain a VAT invoice for the purchased goods?

    Each purchase from us is confirmed by a receipt, and upon request we also issue a VAT invoice.



    When can I return purchased goods and how to do it?

    Has my order been shipped yet?

    Information about the current order status is available in the "Your account" tab (only for registered customers). Moreover, on the day of shipment, we send a message with the shipment number and a link to track it to the e-mail address provided in the order.
